Tiled Oasis

A lone rider surveys the bounty of jeweled fields in the Treasure State.

Beyond Hole in the Wall

Montanans are very possessive of the state.  You are most likely to find a “Keep Out” sign, and the Aloha spirit I am accustomed to as my Hawaii birthright is often scarce.  There  are some notable exceptions.  I was very fortunate to be guided to this extraordinary spot in the White Cliffs region on the upper Missouri River.

Child on Steps

A child walks to school on Lombard Street in San Francisco.

Monkeypod Tree

“Monkeypod Tree” is my rendition in oil of an incredible tree in my home state of Hawaii.

Sand Castle

A small child observes a sand castle in progress.

Bunny

A rabbit runs the gamut.

Small Moose

A small moose lopes along a river bank in Glacier Park, Montana.

Beach Dawn

Part of my “Idyllic Childhood” series, “Beach Dawn” is an oil on canvas version of my earlier large scale watercolor painting.
