This triple portrait of the artist’s daughter “The Rose,” a large scale 38″ x 50″ watercolor, colored pencil, & watercolor crayon work on paper on display tonight at Amazing Gallery during First Friday Art Walk. Many other paintings, prints, polymer clay jewelry & cards are on view. Amazing Gallery is at 515 Central Avenue.

The Big Hill

“The Big Hill” is a 29″ x 41″ watercolor on paper I began in 2003 and finished in 2011.  I didn’t work on it in the interim. Jones Street in San Francisco offers a breathtaking view of the Bay.  Note the tower of the San Francisco Art Institute and Alcatraz in the background.
